Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Express: 1 to 4 business days - $36.99 AUD
  • Standard: 2 to 8 business days - $17.99 AUD
  • Standard (Orders $150.00 and up): 2 to 8 business days - Free

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped directly from China. These items typically arrive within 7-14 days.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Whaley Mooley ships to addresses within Australia, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Whaley Mooley is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Whaley Mooley is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently ship internationally to select countries. Additional shipping charges may apply to international orders. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
