Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand-new, unused condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
A flat rate return shipping fee of $15.99 AUD will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will apply.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at sales@whaleymooley.com.au. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right, including covering the return shipping costs if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding a specific item.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at sales@whaleymooley.com.au.
